MEETING IN PERSON
- Always meet in a safe, well-lit, public location such as a bank lobby, police station, or busy shopping mall.
- Never meet alone for high-value transactions — bring a friend or family member.
- Inform someone you trust about where you are going and who you are meeting.
PROTECTING YOUR MONEY
- Do not pay in advance for any item you have not physically inspected.
- Prefer cash on delivery or use a trusted escrow/payment service.
- Be extremely cautious of bank transfers to strangers — scammers often pressure you to pay immediately.
- If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
PROTECTING YOUR ACCOUNT
- Never share your Kinitask password or one-time password (OTP) with anyone.
- Use a strong, unique password for your Kinitask account.
- Enable two-factor authentication if available.
VEHICLES & PROPERTY
- Always verify vehicle documents (Customs papers, proof of ownership) before purchasing.
- For real estate, engage a licensed lawyer to verify land titles and conduct due diligence before any payment.
- Inspect properties in person before paying any deposit.
ONLINE SAFETY
- Do not click suspicious links sent by other users.
- Report any listing or user that asks for unusual payment methods (gift cards, cryptocurrency from unknown parties).
- Kinitask will never ask you for your password by phone or email.
REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
If you encounter a suspicious listing or user, use the "Report" button on the listing page immediately. Our moderation team reviews all reports.
